Can I mandate someone else to access and manage my account?

Yes, there is the option of joint nominee signatory where your spouse, relative or a friend can manage the account on your behalf.

How do I get my debit card?

Base on your instruction, it is sent to your specified address by courier. Alternatively, you may authorize a proxy to pick it up.

In which currency will I access money using my Visa card when transacting in my country of residence?

Cash and Purchase transactions will be is made in the currency of your country of residence.

Can I pay a person that does not have a bank account?

Yes, simply send an instruction to customerservices@imbank.co.rw or provide payment details via the Online Banking platform. The beneficiary can collect funds from any of our branches nationwide upon proper identification.
