NOTICE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS
RE: INFORMATION UPDATE PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN)
As you are aware, the Tax Procedure Act 2015 under first schedule section 12, requires Customers who wish to open and operate accounts with Financial institutions to provide their Tax Personal Identification Number (PIN).
We wish to notify all customers who have not provided their PIN certificates as per our earlier communication to do so by 31st July, 2019 to enable them continue normal operations of their accounts.
Customers may visit any of our branches of their convenience and submit their PIN certificates. Alternatively, clear scanned copies can be submitted through email address email@example.com
